Member Lines of the above mentioned conference wish to advise their customers that due to the low level of westbound freight rates, coupled with increasing costs, they have no option but to implement a rate restoration initiative (RRI). Consequently the Lines will be increasing their general rates by the following minimum level with effect from 1st March 2007.
Minimum RRI per TEU - GBP 35
